The sort who radiates menace if a man threatens a woman. The sort who radiates heat and furious strength, even when half naked in the snow (drool). He’s a foreigner in a foreign land and time, and it takes rocket scientist (yes, really) Grace Sutter to break through his barriers, and teach him to love and trust. I didn’t expect to enjoy this novel so much! It was a spirited debut with plenty of menace from the physical elements plus evil, evil man, and showcases Medieval hero Greylen at his glorious, savage best. Grace is an intelligent, strong, likable woman; a perfect match for the wild Greylen. Deliciously, some of the other alpha males will have their own book. Yum.
