If we were to include out of print books in our Top 100 All-Time Favourite books, then Adele Ashworth’s My Darling Caroline would be in the Top 10. It was her debut title in 1998 and just blew us away. What a joy to see it back in print again. We went back for a re-read, just to make sure that we hadn’t built it up as being better than it is and… nope, its just a spectacular in 2010 as it was 12 years ago.
